摘    要:通过计算机模拟工况分析及操作优化原结果,表明多段绝热床段间冷激式氨合成塔的工况优劣取决于合成塔的外部条件和内部条件是否优化。外部条件包括入塔气流量,组成(氨浓,氢氮比和惰性气体含量)和温度,内部条件是各段床层的入口温度。

Optimization of Operation of a Multistage Adiabatic Ammonia Converter with Interstage Quenching
Abstract:By analysis of the working conditions by computer simulation and the results of operation optimization it is shown that the working conditions of a multistage adiabatic ammonia converter with interstage quenching depend on whether the external and internal conditions of the converter are optimized. The external conditions include inlet gas flowrate, composition (ammonia concentration, hydrogen to nitrogen ratio and inert gas content), and temperature, while the internal conditions are the inlet temperature of each bed.
