摘    要:接入系统设计与核电项目建设紧密联系,事关核电运行安全,同时其审批意见也是核电项目核准支持性文件之一,影响项目整体进度。总结海阳项目接入系统设计和评审实践经验,对如何加快接入系统评审进行论述,对海阳核电接入系统进行稳定性分析。根据核电特点强调在接入系统编制、审批过程中应注意供电可靠性、自动有功功率调节及无功功率调节处理办法。

Discussion on 500kV Access System Design for Haiyang NPP
Abstract:The design for access system,which impacts the safety of nuclear power operation,is closely related with the construction of nuclear power project.Additionally,as one of nuclear power licensing documents,the approval of design for access system contributes to the overall project schedule.Based on the experience of access system design and review for Haiyang NPP,this paper deals with how to speed up the access system review,and analyzes the stability of access system for Haiyang NPP.Further,the paper sums up that in the preparation and review of access system,the power reliability,active power and reactive power adjustment methods shall be valued.
