| Abstract: | The theory of scattering by an imperfectly conducting, dielectric, or plasma sphere is reviewed briefly. Numerical values of the backscattering and forward scattering cross sections of spheres are given over wide ranges of radius, conductivity, and permittivity including both positive and negative values. The angle of the electric field in the forward and backward directions is also represented. |
