摘    要:从锌液中Al含量、带钢入锅温度、锌液流动性和浸镀时间四个方面阐述了热浸镀锌过程中工艺参数对抑制层的影响,为在热浸镀过程中得到较好的抑制层,进而得到优质的镀层产品提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The effects of Al content in zinc bath,strip temperature,flow rate of zinc bath and dipping time on inhibition layer during hot dip galvanizing are reviewed.The analyses of the four processing parameters may provide theory basis for producing high quality galvanized sheets.
