摘    要:面向智能视频监控系统的应用背景,为找到一种便于实施和推广的智能视频监控系统模型,提出了一种在DirectShow框架下进行实时运动目标检测与跟踪的方法.首先针对室内监控场景的特点给出了一种实时性优先的运动目标检测与跟踪方法,然后结合DirectShow技术的特点对该方法进行封装和改进,在两者“相得益彰”的情况下设计并实现了具有实时运动检测功能的Filter组件,并在此基础上构建了一种“先检测后压缩传输”的智能视频监控系统,最后给出了系统的实际测试效果并验证了这种“DirectShow +运动检测”的设计方法在智能监控方面的优越性.

Abstract:Under the DirectShow environment,a novel method of real-time motion detection was presented for the application of an intelligent video surveillance system.First,a real-time motion detection algorithm was proposed,and then improved by combining the characteristic of DirectShow.Second,a filter component with the function of real-time motion detection was realized and the intelligent video surveillance system was established,which first detects the motion goal and then compresses and transports its images.Fianlly,the feasibility and advantage of this system was proved by experiments.
