摘    要:利用碱氧一浴法工艺对亚麻短纤维进行前处理,分析了氢氧化钠和双氧水对纤维染色性能及可纺性能的影响。实验表明:将煮练与漂白两道工序合理的结合在一起,可改善亚麻短纤维的染色性能,同时缩短前处理工艺流程,节省能源,提高分裂度,满足纺纱工艺技术要求。

Abstract:The flax short fiber was pre-treated by using one-bath process of sodium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide.Analyzing the impact of sodium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide concentration on dyeing and spinnability of fiber.The results showed that combining scouring with bleaching reasonably can not only improve dyeing of the short-fiber,but also short the pre-treatment process,save energy,enhance splitting degree,and the processing capacity of the linen was improved significantly.
