| 摘 要： | 介绍了液压支架在生产过程中出现立柱胀缸的情况及危害性。采用理论计算、试验室试验、铁谱分析等技术方法,研究分析了立柱胀缸产生的条件及成因。论述了安全阀失效及形成胀缸的机理。从产品设计、研发、制造、修理、使用管理等方面,提出预防支架液压系统控制元件失效,避免立柱胀缸的措施。同时,简要介绍变形缸体的修复利用方法。

| Abstract: | The instance and harmfulness on the hydraulic support column cylinder bulge appeared in the production process are described.With theoretical calculations,laboratory experiments,ferrography monitor technique,etc.,research and analyze the conditions and reasons of column cylinder bulge appeared.Discusses the formation of cylinder bulge and the relief valve failure’s mechanism.From product design,development,manufacture and repair,management,etc.,put forward measures on preventive stents hydraulic system control component failure and avoiding column cylinder bulge.Briefly introduces the method of using and repair deformation cylinder. |
