| 摘 要： | 直接用电解铝液生产电工圆铝杆可通过炉内精炼、在线除气、过滤、减少二次污染等提高和保证铝液洁净度；通过电磁搅拌提高铝液化学成分和温度均匀性；通过添加20％～40％固体料改善内部组织生产出高质量的产品。同时与用重熔铝锭生产相比可降低成本400元／t以上。

| Abstract: | If electric round aluminum rod is produced by electrolytic aluminum liquid directly, the purity of aluminum liquid could be improved and guaranteed by furnace refining, on-line degassing, filtrate, decrease secondary pollution and etc. The chemical composition and temperature uniformity of aluminum liquid could be improved by electromagnetic stirring. Production with high-quality could be produced by adding 20 % -40 % solid stuff to improve interior organization. At the same time the cost could be decreased more than 400 yuan/t by comparing with remeit aluminum ingot production. |
