| 摘 要： | 造成液压机床爬行故障的原因很复杂，液压爬行故障又具有很强的隐蔽性，所以一直是机床维修的一大难点。本文从液压机床爬行的机理、驱动刚性差引起的爬行、摩擦阻力变化引起的爬行等方面分析了液压机床产生爬行故障的原因及排除故障的方法．

| Abstract: | For the causes that result in the crawling malfunction of hydraulic machine are very complicated and invisibility,so being always a difficulty of machine maintenance. This article analyzed the causes for the crawling of hydraulic pressure machine tool and the solutions in the following aspects: the mechanism for the crawling of machine tools,the crawling resulted from the low rigidity of the drive,and the crawling resulted from the changes in the friction resistance. |
