| 摘 要： | 我国金融体制改革由于商业银行体系尚未确立，中央银行的货币政策等宏观金融政策机制不全，金融市场不完善，从业人员的素质低等原因，其进展受到影响。为把金融体制改革按目标进行下去，必须从存在的问题入手，找出解决的途径。本文从当前我国金融业改革面临的难点的分析入手，提出解决问题的建议措施。

| Abstract: | The progress of our financial system reform is affected by the unestabiished commercial bank system, the cent raf bark ' s unsound mechanism of macroscopic financial policy such as the moneytary policy, the imperfect financial market, the poor quality of working staff, etc' In order to carry out the reform towards the original aim, we must begin with the enisting problems to find a way out. On the basis of the analySis of the difficulties faced by the financial reform,this article Puts forth and the suggestions to solve these problems. |
