爆炸胀形在热交换管板胀管中的应用研究

摘    要:假设热交换管为薄壁圆筒,通过理论分析,计算了热交换管板爆炸胀形所需炸药量.并选择导爆索作为实验用药,对热交换管板爆炸胀形工艺进行了实验研究.研究结果表明,在不采用任何措施的情况下,仅靠炸药的爆炸作用,经过多次爆炸,也很难实现热交换管与管板的牢固结合.但经过在管板内壁刻槽,仅需要2次爆炸胀形后,热交换管即可与管板达到紧密结合.

Abstract:Assuming the heat exchange tubes were thin cylinder,through theoretical analysis,the amount of explosive needed in explosive bulging between tube and tube plate of heat exchanger was calculated.Then selecting the detonating cord as an experimental charge,the technique of explosive bulging between tube and tube plate of heat exchanger was studied experimentally.The results show that without taking any other measures,only depended on the blast action of explosive,it was difficulty to connect the heat exchange...
