摘    要:由双组分长丝来生产纺粘非织造材料是一种创新和灵活的工艺,可用来提高纤维线密度.生产双组分纤维非织造材料已有几十年的历史,故纤维分裂也已有以下多种工艺:如化学、加热或机械等加工方法.在这些方法中,机械加工法对扇型纤维横截面的分裂最为重要.

Abstract:The manufacturing of spunbonded nonwovens made from bi-component filaments is an innovative and flexible engineering process to enhance titer fineness. Nonwovens made from bi-component fibers have already been well-known for some decades. The splitting of the fibers was thereby accomplished by chemical, thermal or mechanical procedures. In the splitting of segmented fiber cross sections mechanical processes have the greatest importance among these methods.
