| 摘 要： | 借鉴ISO9000族标准的过程方法和管理的系统方法，分析了质量管理体系文件编制和运行的控制要求，探讨了质量管理体系文件的结构原理。运用PDCA工作原理，将质量管理体系文件编制和运行的控制程序优化设计为策划、实施、检查、处置四个阶段和18个步骤，并详细阐述了每个阶段的具体实施步骤和过程控制方案。

| Abstract: | Using for reference the process method and the system approach of management of ISO 9000, this Paper analyzes the controlling requirements for compiling and running documents of quality management systems, and discusses the structure principles of the documents. PDCA theory is employed to optimize the controlling process of compiling and running the documents into four stages and eighteen steps. The paper expounds the scheme for the controlling process in details. |
