摘 要: | 分析计算10000m3/h空分设备的设计能耗,并与实际生产过程中不同工况条件下的实际运行能耗进行对比,从空压机系统、分子筛纯化系统以及启动时间和运行周期等方面分析了空分设备的节能潜力,以实现空分设备能耗水平最优。

Abstract: | The design energy consumption of a 10000m3/h air separation unit has been analyzed and calculated,which is compared with the actual energy consumption under different operating conditions.The energy saving potential is then analyzed,in view of air compressor system,molecular sieve purification system,start-up time and running period,to realize optimal energy consumption level. |
