摘    要:为保证油田的正常钻采作业,分析了水下套管悬挂器螺纹的连接强度。结果表明,套管悬挂器与套管螺纹连接组合中,最大应力出现在螺纹最后1扣,此处最容易发生屈服;内压对螺纹连接强度有较大影响,一定的内压值可以提高螺纹连接的强度;内压为20MPa时,套管挂与套管螺纹等效应力最大;内压大于20MPa时,内压对等效应力的影响有逐渐降低的趋势;随着压力等级的递增,套管螺纹等效应力在整个螺纹段更加均匀。

Abstract:To ensure the normal drilling and production in oilfields,the strength of the thread connection of the submarine casing suspender was analyzed. The results show that,in the connection combinations of casing hanger and casing thread,the maximum stress appears at the last part of the thread whereit is most likely for yielding to occur. The inner pressure has great effect on the thread's connection strength. A certain value of inner pressure can improve the thread's connection strength. When the inner pressure is 20 MPa,the equivalent stress is the maximal; when the inner pressure is greater than 20 MPa,the effect of inner pressure on equivalent stress tends to decline gradually. With the increase of pressure levels,the equivalent stress of casing thread is more evenly distributed on the whole thread section.
