| 摘 要： | 6-碘-1-四氢萘酮是合成5-HT6受体拮抗剂的重要中间体。以四氢萘为原料，经乙酰化、羰基的肟化、贝克曼重排、三氧化铬氧化和桑德迈尔反应等5步反应制备了6-碘-1-四氢萘酮，反应总收率60％。

| Abstract: | Abstract.6-Iodo-l-tetralone is an important intermediate for the synthesis of 5-HT8 receptor antagonist. It was synthesized from tetrahydronaphthalene, by the reaction of acetylation,oximation of carbonyl,Beckman rearrangement,oxidation and Sandmeyer reaction in five-steps with the total yield of 60%. |
