| 摘 要： | 从南京所处的发展阶段分析出发,解析举办2014年青奥会的重要意义,认为举办青奥会是南京城市发展提升的助推器,是增强中心城市功能、扩大国际知名度和影响力、提升城市地位的重要战略,并提出以青奥会筹办全面推动南京城市总体战略规划实施的对策建议。
