摘    要:通过对迭托霉素发酵液预处理、溶剂萃取、结晶、干燥得到达托霉素粗品。确定了以pH值6.5~7.5的缓冲溶液作为浸提溶剂、加入5~8BV丙酮进行冷藏结晶的优化提取工艺。该工艺简单、经济,适合工业化生产。

Abstract:Daptomycin crude was obtained from fermentation broth through pretreatment,extraction, crys- tallization and dry. The optimal extraction process was determined as follows:the buffer solution with pH value of 6.5-7.5 was selected as extraction solvent, the cold crystallization was done with adding 5-8 BV of acetone. The process is simple, economic, suitable for industrial production.
