烷基糖苷组成分析研究

摘    要:采用高效液相色谱法、气相色谱法和液相色谱-电喷雾质谱法对烷基糖苷组成进行了分析。结果表明,气相色谱法可以分离烷基单糖苷、二糖苷、三糖苷及四糖苷;高效液相色谱法可以将烷基单糖苷、烷基多糖苷分离,并计算烷基糖苷各组分的含量;液相色谱-电喷雾质谱法是分析烷基糖苷组成最有效的方法,既可以定性也可以定量。

Abstract:The components of alkyl polyglycosides(APG) are analyzed by high performance liquid chroma- tography(HPLC), gas chromatography(GC) and high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization mass spectrometry(HPLC-ESI/MS). It is proved that the peaks of monoglycosides,diglycosides,triglyco- sides,tetraglycosides can be separated completely by GC,the peaks of monoglycosides and polyglycosides can be separated completely by HPLC and the content of each component of APG can be obtained by area normaliza- tion method. HPLC-ESI/MS is the most efficient analysis method for APG because it can both qualification and quantification.
