电解液无机添加剂对密封锌镍电池的影响

摘    要:对密封圆柱型锌镍电池所使用的电解液无机添加剂进行了研究。考察了氟化钾、四硼酸钠、磷酸氢二钠、亚硫酸钠等不同电解液无机添加剂对锌镍电池充放电曲线、充放电过程中内阻以及循环寿命的影响。结果表明:和添加氟化钾相比,亚硫酸钠、四硼酸钠和磷酸氢二钠作为添加剂可明显提高锌镍电池的充放电性能,尤其是在电解液中同时添加适量磷酸氢二钠和亚硫酸钠可明显提高电池的充放电效率和容量保持率,电池的循环寿命大大提高。

Abstract:The effects of different inorganic additives to the electrolytes employed in sealed cylindrical Ni- Zn battery were studied. The effects of inorganic additives on the charge- discharge curve, resistance and capacity of Ni- Zn battery were examined. The results show that the charge- discharge performance of Ni- Zn battery adding sodium fluoride, sodium sulfite, sodium tetraborate and sodium hydrogen phosphate respectively is superior to that adding kalium fluoride.
