具有横向裂纹的转子振动特性的研究

本文在对具有横向裂纹的转子振动特性进行细致地理论分析和仿真计算的基础上,利用模拟转子试验台进行了实验研究,得到了一些具有典型意义的裂纹故障特征谱图.研究表明,用实测振动信号诊断转子上的裂纹故障是实际可行的,具有在线诊断和简单方便的优点。

Research on Vibrational Behaviour of Rotor with a Transverse Crack

Based on theoretical analysis and simulating calculation for vibrational behaviour of rotor with a transverse crack, experiments have been made on the experimental rotor station. Some typical spectrum and cascade plots of crack fault are obtained. Our resesrches show that it is feasible to diagnose the crack fault on a turbine rotor by the vibrational signal measured, this method has the advantage of on-line diagnosis, simplicity and convenience.
