电压凹陷引起的过程控制系统故障评估方法的研究

摘    要:针对过程控制系统中元件的种类、敏感度不确定性以及系统拓扑结构不确定性,提出了一种基于元件电压凹陷敏感度不确定性和故障树的过程控制系统故障评估新方法。用概率密度函数表征元件电压凹陷敏感度的不确定性,根据元件拓扑结构建立故障树,分析单一元件故障对整个系统的影响,实现对电压凹陷引起的过程控制系统故障评估。对某全自动仓储控制系统的仿真,证明了提出方法的可行性。该方法为进一步研究电压凹陷造成的经济损失、提出相应技术方案等提供了决策依据。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of component category,sensitivity uncertainty and topology structure randomicity in the process control system,a new estimation method of process control system failure rate based on failure tree and voltage sag sensitivity uncertainty is proposed.The sensitivity uncertainty of components can be represented by various types of probability density functions.Using the topology structure of components,failure tree is established to get the effect of the single component trip to the whole system.The failure estimation of process control system caused by voltage sag can be achieved.Simulation result of automatic storage system based on MPI proves that the proposed method is practicable.This method also provides a theoretic basis for the assessment of financial loss due to voltage sags.
