Pentacut激光切割软件在模具制造中的应用

在汽车模具制造中，5轴激光切割机床得到了越来越广泛的应用，但在编程时更多地采用了手工试校的方法。本文以日本NTC厂商的TLM610型激光机床为例，深入研究了可与其配套使用的Pentacut这一新型激光切割软件技术，并在实践中加以应用，取得了良好的经济性。产品质量亦有明显改进。

The Application of Pentacut Laser Cutting Software in Die & Mold Manufacture

During automobile manufacture, 5-axis laser cutting tool is more and more widely applied, but manual emendation method are mostly used in program. In this paper, taking TLM610 laser tool made by Japanese NTC Company as an instance, the new type of laser cutting software technology Pentacut which can be tied in use is deeply studied, and applied in practice, it shows good economic ability, and the products quality is improved largely as well.
