| Abstract: | The paper discusses the harmful effects of residual stress on the material or the equipment in its service process, and introduces several methods to eliminate residual stress at present. The effective Countermeasures are put forward to improve internal quality of products and raise fatigue life of the components to reduce the hidden trouble. |
