马钢CSP热连轧机支持辊辊形的研究与应用

摘    要:针对马钢CSP热连轧机F2机架支持辊磨损不均且出现的剥落问题,根据F2机架磨损辊形的特点及变接触技术思想,提出了马钢CSP热连轧F2机架新支持辊辊形(VCR+)。采用有限元软件ANSYS建立了辊系三维弹性变形模型,并在F2机架进行了工业轧制试验,仿真计算和试验结果表明:新支持辊辊形的板形控制性能均优于原辊形,磨损辊形及均匀性有了很大的改善。

Abstract:In view of the uneven wear and peeling off of the backup roll at the F2 stand of Masteel's CSP mill,a new backup roll contour(VCR+) was proposed in the light of the wear characteristics and concept of varying contact technology.A 3D finite element elastic model for rolls was established using ANSYS software and industrially tested on F2 stand.Results from simulation and experiments showed that the shape control performance of the new backup roll contour was better than that of the old one and roll wear and ...
