| 摘 要： | 汽包水位是工业蒸汽锅炉安全、稳定运行的重要指标 .运行过程中 ,负荷冲击、电网电压、燃料品质等因素均影响汽包水位的动态特性 .目前 ,汽包水位的控制大多采用常规PID控制方式 ,由于其控制参数是固定不变的 ,其控制效果往往难以满足要求 ,造成系统不稳定甚至失控 .介绍了Fuzzy在线自校正PID参数控制器原理和该控制器在工业锅炉汽包水位控制系统中的应用 ,结果表明该控制方式取得了更优良的控制效果

| Abstract: | Water lever is the important index to ensure the safety and stable operation of the boilers.The dynamics of boiler lever are influenced by load exciation,voltage,fuel quantity,and some other facfors.Conventional PID control is often used in present industrial field and the tuning results are difficult to meet the demands.Thus,it leads to system unstable,or even out of control.In order to solve this problem,a fuzzy on line PID self*.tuning control strategy is proposed.This control strategy is more useful. |
