摘    要:玉米黄质和叶黄素是两种仅存于人眼睛中的类胡萝卜素,在保护视力、预防老年黄斑变性和白内障方面起着重要的作用,而工业化生产玉米黄质一般均由叶黄素经异构化所得,该种方法制备的玉米黄质往往含有一定数量的杂质,影响了其在食品、医药、化妆品等诸多方面的应用。本实验以玉米黄质含量和THF以及丁酮残留量为指标,考察了丁酮的添加方式、添加体积以及搅拌温度和搅拌时间以及丁酮用量对去除杂质后的玉米黄质中溶残的去除方法的影响。实验结果表明,玉米黄质经THF溶解除去杂质后蒸干,添加30倍丁酮,70℃搅拌8h,玉米黄质含量达81.2%,且THF和丁酮可以得到有效去除。经反复实验验证,该工艺所得玉米黄质不仅含量有所提高,且杂质和溶剂残留均可得以有效去除,可以用于工业化生产。

Abstract:Zeaxanthin and lutein are two kinds of xanthophylls existing in human eyes,which have important roles in protecting vision,preventing age related macular degeneration and cataract.Commercial zeaxanthin is usually made from lutein by isomerization,which often has a certain number of impurities and affects the applications in food,medicine、cosmetic et al.Effects of adding way and volume of butanone,stirring temprerature and time on solvent resides of zeaxantion purified was studied in this article.The results show that the best reaction condition were as follows:adding way of butanone concentrated firstly,volume of butanone of 30,stirring temprerature of 70℃,time of 8hr.UV analysis showed hat the content of zeaxanthin was 81.2%;GC analysis showed that the solvent resides of THF and butanone were removed effectively.Repeated experiments show that the content of zeaxanthin obtained by the process can improve,the solvent resides can be removed effectively,suggesting that the process can be used on scale.
