激波开盖中后盖开盖压力对前盖压力的影响研究

当导弹发射箱前、后盖均采用易碎盖,且前盖依靠激波开盖时,后盖的开盖压力对前盖的开启起到关键性的作用。为研究后盖开盖压力对前盖开盖压力的影响,对箱内激波流场进行了大量的数值计算,着重分析了后盖开盖压力对箱内激波的传播、激波对前盖作用压力的影响规律。计算结果表明,随着后盖开盖压力的增大,箱内的激波强度增大,传播速度增加,激波作用在前盖上的压力增大。前盖开盖压力的设计应依据后盖开盖压力进行,以保证前盖的可靠开启。分析得出的结论对发射箱前后易碎盖的设计具有一定的指导作用。

Research on the Effect for the Opening-pressure of Post-cover to the Pressure of Pre-cover in the Shock Wave Opening

When the pre-and-post cover of the missile launching box both use the fragile cover,and the pre-cover opening depend on the shock wave,the opening-pressure of post-cover make an important function for the opening of pre-cover.In order to research the effect for the opening-pressure of post-cover to the pre-cover,numerous numerical calculation to the shock wave flow field in the launching box is carried out,the effect for the opening-pressure of post-cover to the spread of shock wave in the box and the function of the shock wave to pre-cover is mostly analyzed.The results show that the shock wave intensity,the spread velocity and the pressure on pre-cover are all augmented as the post-cover opening-pressure increased.The design of the pre-cover opening-pressure should depend on the post-cover opening-pressure to ensure the reliable opening of pre-cover.The analysis results make some guidance for the pre-and-post fragile cover design.
