摘    要:在球墨铸铁生产中,随着喷吹钝化颗粒镁脱硫球化工艺的投产使用,如何提高镁的吸收率,是当前降本增效的关键措施之一.通过对金属镁的物理化学性质的分析认为:镁的吸收率与铁液的成分、温度、喷吹的载体以及喷枪气化室与铁液液面的高度等有关.

Abstract:For the desulphurising and nodularizing process by passivation magnesium grain injection,how to improve the magnesium absorptivity of melt iron is a key measure for reducing cost and increasing efficiency.According to the physical and chemical properties of magnesium,it was concluded that magnesium absorptivity is related to composition and temperature of molten iron,injection equipment and the height between the gasification chamber of airbrush and liquid level of melted iron.
