大型连轧管机机架结构动态特性

摘    要:为了保证轧机正常工作,应考虑其在动载荷下的受力情况和动态特性。对连轧管机机架结构进行有限元分析,以确定该结构可能产生的应力集中区域。通过动态分析确定结构的各阶主振型及其参数,以此作为结构疲劳分析和保证使用寿命的基础。最后进行动态设计,使得到高效率、高速度和低噪声的连轧管机产品成为可能。

Abstract:The frame structure of heavy continuous rolling mill is an important part to bear force.Guaranteeing the mill under normal working conditions,the force under dynamic load conditions and dynamic characteristics should be considered.The finite element analysis of frame structure is made to determine the stress concentrator of the structure;the modes and parameters of the structure are determined through dynamic analysis,which is the base of fatigue analysis and working life assurance.Finally,the dynamic design makes it possible to get products of continuous rolling mill with high efficiency,high speed and low-noise.
