摘    要:为了能用单台泵独立控制两条液压回路,在现有轴向柱塞泵的基础上,把泵的排油配流窗口分成两个串联配流窗口,与之对应的两个出油口分别连接两条油路。为了验证设计方案的可行性,在多学科仿真软件Simula-tionX中建立新型双排油轴向柱塞泵的仿真模型,对柱塞腔流量和压力在两个串联配流窗口之间过渡区域的特性做了仿真研究,确定了配流盘的结构,进一步制造了样机并进行试验测试。试验结果验证了仿真结果的正确性,研究工作为进一步推广运用新型双排油轴向柱塞泵奠定了理论基础。

Abstract:To control two hydraulic circuit independently with only one pump,based on the existing two outlet axial piston pump,the dual discharging axial piston pump that divides the draining flow distributing window into two tandems is suggested.The corresponding two outlets connect two different circuits respectively.In order to verify the feasibility of the design,the simulation model of this type of pump is established under multi-disciplinary simulation software SimulationX.The pressure and flow characteristics in the single plunger between the transition region of two series window are analyzed.By simulating,the structure of the valve plate is determined,further a prototype is manufactured and tested.Experimental results validate the correctness of the simulation results.The research work lays the theoretical foundation for dual discharging axial piston pump to further application.
