摘    要:提出基于知识的结构健康管理系统,采用无线传感器网络对大型飞机结构应变信息进行数据采集,通过对结构应变场的监测与诊断实现对典型飞机结构的健康管理.通过健康管理系统领域知识的本体建模,实现健康管理领域知识的共享和重用,建立健康管理领域知识相关推理规则,通过推理机实现对健康管理领域任务的推理,依据推理结果,组成具备相关功能的健康管理系统主体,通过多主体协作,实现健康管理任务.针对典型飞机平板结构,施加点载荷模拟损伤,采用无线传感器网络采集应变信息,提出通过结构健康管理主体投票实现数据融合和基于主体的诊断,提高了对结构损伤模式的诊断准确性与可靠性.

Abstract:A health management system based on knowledge is proposed.The strain data of large aircraft structure is sampled by adopting wireless sensor network.Monitoring and diagnosing the strain field of the structure,the health management is realized.Through the ontology modeling of the domain knowledge,the sharing and reuse of the knowledge can be achieved.Building the related reasoning rules and with the help of reasoner,domain knowledge involved in health management can be inferred.With this knowledge,the related functional agent can be organized into a multi agent system to achieve the health management task.A strategy of voting mechanism is proposed in data fusion to improve the veracity and reliability of diagnosis.A system of stain state health management system is shown to verify the system and its efficiency.
