| 摘 要： | 北京电视中心总建筑面积19．8万m^2,地下3层，地上由综合业务楼、多功能演播中心、生活服务中心等3个单体建筑组成，其中综合业务楼地上41层，高度达236．4m，是目前北京市最高的钢结构建筑。结构施工中，针对不同部位和施工难点，在基坑支护、降水、桩、地下防水、钢筋、模板、混凝土、钢结构等方面分别采取多项施工技术措施，保证了超高层建筑的顺利施工，提高了结构工程施工的技术水平，为同类工程提供了经验和方法。

| Abstract: | The total floor area of Beijing Television Center is 198,000 m^2 with 3 storey of basement, and the above-ground structure is composed of a complex building, a multi-functional studio and a rear servi cecenter. Height of the 41-storey complex building is 236.4 m, the highest steel structure in Beijing presently. In the structural construction, some technical measures in respects of foundation-pit support, dewatering, pile, underground waterproof, reinforcement, formwork, concrete and steel structure and etc. were taken for different locations and construction difficulties. Those measures have ensured the smooth construction of the super high rise building, raised the technical level of the steel structure construction, providing some experience and methodology for similar projects. |
