| 摘 要： | 介绍了采用90t转炉-LF-CC-热轧生产窄淬透性带20CrMnTiH齿轮钢工艺。轧材检验及生产过程中取样分析表明,钢中气体含量（N2＋O2）〈60×10-6,淬透性带宽△HRC〈6.5,夹杂物检验等级及偏析程度均〈1.5级,组织晶粒度〉7级,各项机械性能均符合GB5612-2004要求。

| Abstract: | This article introduced the production processes of 20CrMnTiH gear steel by 90t converter-LF-CC-hot rolling short route.The test results for rolled products and sampling analysis in the production course showed that the gas conten（tN2 ＋O2）in steel was less than 60×10-6,the width of hardenability band（J9 and J15）was less than 6.5 HRC,the inclusion grade and the segregation degree were less than 1.5 level all,and each mechanical property met the demands of the GB 5612-2004. |
