气缸盖铸件凝固过程数值模拟及缩松缩孔预测

摘    要:分析了铸件凝固过程结晶潜热释放和缩孔缩松形成条件,应用有限元法模拟了低压铸造铝合金气缸盖铸件的凝固过程,得到了在不同凝固阶段铸件的温度场,预测了铸件的缩松缩孔。在此基础上,对气缸盖铸件凝固过程进行了评价,数值模拟结果可为气缸盖铸造工艺参数设计提供参考。

Abstract:The latent heat releasing and the criterion for shrinkage cavity in solidification progress of casting are studied. A numerical analysis is presented for solidification progress of the cylinder head casting using finite element method. The temperature distributions of the casting in different solidification phases are solved, and the shrinkage cavity is predicted. Based on this, the solidification progress of casting is evaluated. The simulation results can offer a helpful reference for casting methoding design of cylinder head casting.
