摘    要:18年来我国抽油杆制造厂由2家发展到27家,年生产能力由200万m提高到2693万m,品种由1种发展到12种;有16家普通抽油杆制造厂获得生产许可证,18家制造厂通过ISO9002或ISO9001认证,5家制造厂获得API会标使用权;抽油杆的质量和数量满足了国内油田原油开采的需要,还出口到11个国家;全国已形成由抽油杆制造厂、油田和19个研究单位组成的高水平抽油杆研制队伍,取得了39项科研成果。为了进一步提高我国抽油杆的研制水平,建议把主要力量放在稳定和提高常规抽油杆的生产技术水平上,研制抽油杆锻造机械手、杆头不旋转加工自动线和接箍加工自动线;加大推广应用空心抽油杆、电加热抽油杆、超高强度抽油杆、非调质钢抽油杆、玻璃钢抽油杆、防腐抽油杆和柔性抽油杆的力度;研制超高强度空心抽油杆、摩擦焊接抽油杆、连续抽油杆、螺杆泵专用空心抽油杆和新型超高强度强韧性抽油杆。

Abstract:In the past 18 years, the number of domastic sucker rod manufacturers has gone up from 2 to 27 with a rise of annual yield from 2 million metres to 26 93 million metres and an increase of variaty from 1 to 12, among which 18 manufacturers have attained ISO9002 or ISO9001 certificate and 5 manufacturers have been authorized to use API monogram. Domestic sucker rods not only can meet the need of domestic crude oil production, but also are exported to 11 countries. A high level sucker rod developing group comprised of manufacturers, oil fields and research institutes has been constituted, and 39 scientific payoffs have been achieved. To improve the level of sucker rod development in China, the authors put forward some suggestions, including stressing on improving the production technology of conventional sucker rods and developing forging manipulator and automatic production lines for rod head and coupling; popularizing hollow sucker rods, electroheating rods, superhigh strength rods, unhardened and untempered steel rods, fiberglass reinforced plastic rods, anti corrosion rods and flexible rods; developing superhigh strength hollow sucker rods, friction welding rods, coiled rods, special hollow rods for progressive cavity pumps and new type superhigh strength high toughness rods.
