环氧乙烷/乙二醇装置产品结构优化方案研究

摘    要:利用ASPEN TECH公司的PIMS生产优化模型对环氧乙烷/乙二醇装置多产环氧乙烷和多产乙二醇两种生产方案进行了对比研究,同时分析了副产品二乙二醇市场价格因素对环氧乙烷与乙二醇优化价格比值的影响。结果表明,在装置经济效益最大的情况下,环氧乙烷与乙二醇的价格比值为1.40~1.43。当环氧乙烷与乙二醇的优化价格比值低于1.40时,采用多产乙二醇生产方案效益最大;当环氧乙烷与乙二醇优化价格比值高于1.43时,采用多产环氧乙烷生产方案效益最大;当环氧乙烷与乙二醇优化价格比值为1.40~1.43时,调整生产方案增效不明显。

Abstract:Two production cases,more ethylene oxide and more ethylene glycol were compared by using PIMS production optimization model of ASPEN TECH.The factors influencing the market price of the byproduct,diethlene glycol,which affected the optimized price ratio of ethylene oxide to ethylene glycol,were analyzed.The result showed that at the optimized price ratio range of 1.40-1.43,the unit had maximum economic effect;at the ratio lower than 1.40,the second case was the best;at the ratio higher than 1.43,the first case was the best;and at the ratio in the range of 1.40-1.43,the production case adjustment had less influence on the economic effect.
