香豆素的合成、应用及其理论研究

摘    要:香豆素的骨架合成除了Perkin法外,还有Reimer-Tiemann法;采用间苯二酚与3-乙氧亚甲基乙酰乙酸乙酯在乙醇钠存在下环合得到3-乙酰基香豆素,再与取代尿素缩合,可以得到一系列3-取代香豆素;Pechmann反应法是制备4-取代香豆素最常用的方法。离子液体应用于香豆素类化合物合成,产品易于分离;固体超强酸和负载型催化剂,以及微波用于香豆素的合成,不仅可以大幅度提高反应效率,而且无需使用溶剂、后处理简单,符合绿色环保要求。密度泛函理论已成功用于预测反应动力学特性和香豆素的电子结构和光谱特性,可以有效地减少香豆素合成和应用中的盲目性和不必要的浪费。

Abstract:Coumarin skeleton was synthesised by both Perkin method and Reimer-Tiemann method.3-Acetyl-coumarin was cyclization afford with resorcinol and 3-ethoxymethyl methyl ethyl acetoacetate in the presence of sodium ethoxide,and then condensated with substituted urea,a series of 3-substituted coumarins were obtained.4-Substituted coumarins were obtained most commonly by Pechmann method.Ionic liquids were used in synthesis of coumarin compounds,the product was easy to separate;solid super acid and supported cataly...
