基于Matlab/Simulink光伏电池模型的研究

摘    要:提出一种以太阳能电池数学模型为基础,在Matlab/Simulink环境下建立的光伏电池仿真模型。与其他常用建模方法相比,该模型结构简化,易于操作,能更好地描述光伏阵列的电气特性。该模型还考虑了在任意光强和温度下串联电阻Rs的影响,并进行了太阳能电池输出特性试验。理论估算与实际测量结果比较,两者误差在工程应用允许的精度6%内,与传统方法相比,精度有所提高,为整个光伏系统进一步研究提供参考价值。

Abstract:A PV module simulation model sets up based on mathematical model of solar cells under Matlab/simulink environment is introduced.Compared with other common modeling methods,this model has the characteristics of simple algorithm,simplified structure and easy operation,and can preferably describe the electrical characteristics of photovoltaic arrays.The more important work is that the influence of arbitrary light intensity and temperature on series-resistance Rs parameter is considered in the process of modeli...
