| 摘 要： | 根据小浪底进水塔渗漏积水的特点和排水系统的控制要求,设计了以PLC和触摸屏为核心的渗漏排水自动控制系统。介绍了系统的构成、PLC与触摸屏组合的硬件配置以及软件设计。带控制功能的触摸屏作为上位机,实现集中监控及运行记录,给系统的安全分析、事故排查、水位数据分析提供了可靠的信息;PLC作为现场设备的控制核心,同时收集现场传感器的数据。整个系统安全可靠、操作简单、运行维护方便。
