无刷直流电机的保护电路

摘    要:为了使无刷直流电机长期稳定运行,采用加保护电路的方法使其正常工作,保护电路主要由欠压保护、过流保护、短路保护等组成,在软件里设置电压、电流的阈值,直接对电压、电流进行检测并产生相应的保护,以免对电路和电机造成损害,并且做了相应的欠压、过压、过流测试实验。实践应用表明,该设计的几种方案切实可行,能够在异常情况下及时对电机做出保护动作。
