光伏发电并网规划综合评价模型及其应用

摘    要:在揭示光伏发电并网对传统电网规划模式的影响机制与作用原理的基础上,深入分析光伏电源接入对电网安全性、可靠性、经济性、环境效益的改善效果,提出传输功率缓解度、系统电压改善率、环境改善率等一系列综合性量化指标,构建了一套较完整的光伏发电并网规划综合评价指标体系.提出了光能不可用频率和光能不可用平均持续时间两项新指标以评价光伏系统能量供给的稳定程度.采用基于信息熵修正的权重确定方法,并利用群决策层次分析法实现对光伏发电并网规划的综合评判决策.仿真计算结果表明,本文方法能够全面、有效地反映光伏电源并网后对电网规划运行的影响,可为灵活规划光伏电源位置和容量提供重要的参考依据.
