| 摘 要： | 为提高高校贫困生资助体系认定效率,降低认定成本,通过对高校现有认证体系进行调研,对现有认定方法存在的不足进行了分析,给出了一种基于模糊变换的贫困度评价模型的模糊综合评价法。重点分析了应用模糊变换的贫困度评价模型对贫困生认定定性关系定量化、模糊综合评价的建模方法和贫困生认定模糊综合评价的实证。最后设计并实现了基于B/S架构的贫困生认定系统。实验结果表明,该方法科学、合理、可以较好地克服传统贫困生认定中存在的主观性和盲目性,具有良好的可操作性。
