电子式电能表可靠性预计及验证分析

摘    要:随着电子设备复杂程度越来越高,电子设备的可靠性要求也越来越突出。由于影响电子式电能表不运行的因素比感应式电能表更多且更复杂,对电子式电能表的可靠性提出了更高的要求。在此以DTSF88型三相四线电子式复费率电能表为对象,介绍了电能表可靠性预计的基本方法。同时,分别采用元器件计数法和应力分析法对其进行可靠性预计,并用现场实用数据对预计结果进行了验证。可靠性预计作为一种可视化定量分析工具,为评价电子产品的可靠性提供了一种简单、实用、有效的途径。
