摘    要:设计了一个用于多屏拼接等离子显示系统的专用电源。该电源采用两级变换,前级AC/DC变换采用Boost型有源功率因数校正电路,后级变换器对于不同的回路根据功率的大小分别采用全桥变换器和单端反激变换器。对传统Boost型功率因数校正电路提出了一点改进,有效抑制了传统Boost型功率因数校正电路中大功率时开关管开通时二极管上瞬时大电流。后级变换器中主回路采用一种次级无源箝位ZVZCS全桥变换器,适宜大功率的输出且有效降低了开关损耗。

Abstract:A dedicated power supply was designed for multi-screeen PDP with two-level transformation.The Boost PFC circuit is adopted in the first stage AC/DC transformation,and the full-bridge converter or single-end flyback converter is used in the second stage according to the size of the power supply of different circuits.An improved method is proposed for the customary Boost PFC circuit to effectively suppress the instantaneous large current when opening switch tube in high-power cases.In the main circuit of the ...
