| 摘 要： | 针对我国企业的管理水平普遍较低，在激励方法上多数企业仍以物质激励为主，没有考虑员工的不同需求和企业的具体情况，激励手段落后，效果不好的现实问题，运用有关激励理论，并比较分析各种激励理论的优缺点以及适用情况，结合我国企业管理中激励问题的表现形式，提出有效激励的一系列对策。

| Abstract: | The current enterprise managenlent is fairly poor in China. Most enterprises use material incentive without considering individual needs and special circumstance of enterprise, thus the effect is undesirable. Based on the analysis of inceative theory including its strongpoint, shortcoming and application scope, and combined with the incentive problems in enterprise management in China, some effective countermeasures are put forward to enhance incentive validity. |
