摘    要:我国政府十分重视高校青年教师的培养和发展,青年教师是高等教育未来发展的重要力量和后备军,以需求为导向才能做好高校青年教师的培养工作。为了更好地了解高校青年教师的需求现状,选取黑龙江省某高校青年教师(35周岁以下含35周岁)进行需求的调查与分析,发现青年教师突出的生存性、发展性以及归属感方面的需求特征,进而提出高校青年教师在薪酬待遇、培养方式、科研能力、评价体系等方面的培养对策和建议。

Abstract:Cinese government attaches great importance to the cultivation and development oI young university teachers, who are an important force in the development of higher education in the future. The demand-oriented cultivation of young teachers in universities will be effective. In order to better understand the needs of young teachers in universities, a university selected in Heilongjiang province with the young teacher(under the age of 35 including 35). Analysis is made on the demand characteristics, development, and sense of belonging, and then proposed on salary, training mode, the scientific research ability, and the cultivation of the evaluation system.
