天然气管道干燥技术综述

天然气管道内若有水存在，不仅会引起管道内壁腐蚀而且还有可能形成水合物．造成管道堵塞甚至引发事故。因此，在管道投产运行之前，必须对管道进行干燥。综述了目前常用的干燥剂法、流动气体蒸发法和真空干燥法的原理和应用情况；重点介绍了现在常用的干空气干燥法，包括基本原理、典型的工艺流程、干空气的制取，分析了影响干空气干燥法的各种因素。

Summary on Desiccating Technique for Natural Gas Pipeline

Water in natural gas pipeline results in wall corrosion and hydrate formation,which may block up pipeline and cause accidents.Therefore,before being put into production,pipeline shall be desiccated.Introduced are principles and application of recent desiccant method,flowing gas-vaporizing method and vacuum desiccating method.Described particularly is dry air desiccating method in common use,including its basic principle,classic technique process,production of dry air and analysis is made on influencing factors of dry air desiccating method.
