PVDF振动参数监测传感理论与实验研究

摘    要:建立了通过测量PVDF压电薄膜敏感元件的应变而得到振动参数的理论模型和PVDF压电薄膜敏感元件的等效模型与传感方程,介绍了测量信号处理系统的单元结构,给出了用PVCDF输出估计模坐标与位移响应的方法,同时介绍了VDF与振动-位移测量仪的实验结果的比较。

Abstract:The theoretical model for measuring the vibration parameters through measuring strains with PVDF piezoelectric films and the equivalent model and sensing equations for PVDF piezoelectric films sensitive component for vibration parameters are explored, and the composition of signal processing systems are presented and also the method of estimating the modal coordinates and displacement response. The results compared with the non-contact vibration-displacement measuring instrument are presented.
