IGBT高频感应加热电源的研制

摘    要:以IGBT为开关元件,研制了15kW高频感应加热电源。对该电源的逆变电路、控制电路、驱动电路等进行了研究。实验结果表明:并联谐振逆变电路开关器件上流过的电流小,开关损耗低,电路简单,容易控制,适用于小功率感应加热电源。

Abstract:The 15KW high frequency induction heating power supply with IGBT modules as power switch was applied. The inverse circuit, control circuit and driver circuit of power supply was designed and tested. Its results showed: in the parallel-resonance circuit, the current through the switches was low, the switch loss was lower, the circuit was simple and it was controlled easily, so it is suitable for induction heating power supply with low power.
